  Complete restructure of the developer documentation around ecosystem and app developers (EVM devs building on StableNet), replacing the previous node-operator-first layout.

  **New sections:**

  * **Learn** — What is StableNet, Architecture Overview, State Management, Transaction Pool, Consensus, Gas and Fees, EVM Compatibility, and Key Features (1-Second Finality, WKRC, Fee Delegation, Governance, Mint and Burn)
  * **Build** — Quickstart (Connect, Send First Tx), Use Cases (Stablecoin Transfers, Smart Contract Deploy, Fee Delegation, Read On-Chain Data), Tutorials (Foundry, Hardhat, Events, Fee Delegation)
  * **Reference** — RPC API, Contract Addresses, Network Details, Transaction Types

  **Other changes:**

  * English / Korean bilingual support throughout
  * Protocol Deep Dive section preserved for node operators (v0.1 content)
  * `validate_docs_fixed.py` quality checks enforced on all new pages
